Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility in the state
  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and track student progress

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in one-on-one and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary team decisions
  • Offer support and resources to staff and families to maximize student success
