Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • School-based experience preferred, especially with Pre-K to 5th-grade students
  • Strong ability to manage a caseload of approximately 50 students
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing IEPs
  • Commitment to culturally responsive practice and fostering inclusive learning spaces

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver dynamic speech and language therapy services to elementary students
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
  • Develop engaging, age-appropriate activities that align with IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records, conduct regular progress monitoring, and complete required documentation
  • Support multidisciplinary teams with expertise and compassionate input
