Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Holds or eligible for Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required
  • Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus; new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 40–45 students
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Current state licensure (or the ability to obtain it prior to start)
  • Experience with IEP meetings, assessments, and progress reports

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and speech-language intervention services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Assess, diagnose, and provide recommendations for students with various speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Participate in the IEP process, including evaluations, meetings, and development of student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation
  • Adapt services for a culturally and linguistically diverse student population
