What you bring:
- Active SLP license (CFY or CCC accepted)
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
- At least 2 years of relevant experience strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Adaptability and commitment to serving a variety of student needs
- Strong organizational skills for writing reports and managing caseload
What you’ll do:
- Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for students with communication and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational progress
- Document services, progress, and responses to interventions in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, including IEP meetings and multidisciplinary conferences
- Offer support and expertise to fellow staff members and contribute to a positive school community
