What you bring:

  • Active SLP license (CFY or CCC accepted)
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Adaptability and commitment to serving a variety of student needs
  • Strong organizational skills for writing reports and managing caseload

What you’ll do:

  • Provide assessment, therapy, and intervention for students with communication and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ educational progress
  • Document services, progress, and responses to interventions in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, including IEP meetings and multidisciplinary conferences
  • Offer support and expertise to fellow staff members and contribute to a positive school community
