Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license; ASHA CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric or school-based speech-language pathology preferred
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation for K-12 students
  • Familiarity with IEP development and collaborative approaches with teachers and parents
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide screening, evaluation, and therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to facilitate student progress
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in line with school and district procedures
  • Offer expertise and guidance as an advocate for students’ communication access in the classroom
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development as needed
