Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • CCC-SLP or CFY candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience with K-12 students a plus
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and carry out therapy plans to address identified student needs
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, families, and other specialists
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student outcomes
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with federal, state, and district guidelines
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth
