Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing CFY
- Prior experience or strong interest in school settings and working with K-12 students
- Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct screenings and assessments in accordance with school guidelines
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and required documentation
- Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to maximize student success
- Participate in meetings, professional learning, and ongoing team collaboration
