Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility prior to start date)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or pursuing CFY
  • Prior experience or strong interest in school settings and working with K-12 students
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in groups
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct screenings and assessments in accordance with school guidelines
  • Maintain detailed records of student progress and required documentation
  • Engage with parents, teachers, and staff to maximize student success
  • Participate in meetings, professional learning, and ongoing team collaboration
