Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Georgia (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience with school-age populations or a strong interest in school-based services
- Knowledge of a broad range of speech and language disorders and effective, evidence-based interventions
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs in accordance with IEP goals
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments, write evaluation reports, and participate in eligibility meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ progress
- Develop engaging therapy plans to foster students’ communication skills and academic performance
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions, progress notes, and compliance records
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to inform student plans and accommodations
- Deliver services in both individual and small group settings
