Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state license and certification to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
  • Experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
  • Ability to deliver individualized and group interventions
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students as referred
  • Develop, implement, and manage individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy, adapting sessions for a range of ages and abilities
  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with state and district guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development sessions
