Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• California state licensure (or eligibility)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to creating inclusive, positive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy services to a diverse caseload of students, both individually and in small groups
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student IEP goals
• Offer consultation and support for classroom modifications and strategies
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student progress discussions
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions to maximize student achievement and independence
