A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials who is passionate about helping children develop their communication skills.
Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Major Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate documentation of sessions, progress reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ educational success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Stay current with best practices and legal requirements in speech-language pathology
