A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist position is available for the 2025/2026 school year at an elementary school in La Mesa, CA. This contract role is ideal for candidates with experience in pediatrics and a passion for supporting children's communication development in an educational setting. Both certified and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply, and bilingual professionals fluent in Spanish and English are especially preferred.

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility for CFY
  • Experience in pediatric speech and language therapy, ideally in school or healthcare environments
  • Proficiency in both Spanish and English highly desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, educators, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary-aged students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings as required
