Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | La Mesa, California

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active California SLP license
• ASHA Certification (CCC — preferred, but Clinical Fellows considered)
• Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience is appreciated
• Comfort working with diverse student populations; bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are a plus
• Team-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and provide direct therapy to students from early childhood through high school
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other support professionals to create tailored intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in line with district and state guidelines
• Support students’ speech, language, and communication development, fostering inclusion and access to curriculum
