We are seeking two dynamic, bilingual (Spanish/English) Speech-Language Pathologists excited to work with pediatric populations in a diverse, educational environment. This full-time position offers the chance to support students via on-site and teletherapy sessions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
- Active, valid SLP license (California)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles or pediatric caseloads
- Confidence using teletherapy platforms for remote services
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
- Familiarity with IEP processes and best practices in educational settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment programs for students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation in a timely manner
- Provide both in-person and teletherapy services as needed
- Engage in culturally responsive practices to meet diverse student needs
