What we're looking for:
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Maintain thorough records and document student outcomes
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education
