Make an impact in the lives of students by supporting communication development across elementary, middle, and high school settings! This full-time opportunity (37.5 hours/week) runs from now through the end of May 2027 and offers the chance to help students thrive in a collaborative, caring environment.
You’ll serve K-12 students, splitting your time across various campuses. At one elementary school, you will act as the supervising SLP for a dedicated onsite SLPA, collaborating on service delivery and overseeing their practice. At the middle school, you’ll work closely with two additional SLPs to divide a manageable caseload of 18 students. The high school component includes supporting 43 students, ensuring a rich, diverse experience with varying needs.
A unique highlight of this role is the innovative 3:1 service model: deliver direct therapy for three weeks, then utilize a "Flex Week" to focus on evaluations, IEP development, report-writing, case conferences, and compliance tasks—allowing for professional balance and high-quality service delivery.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (CFY and CCC candidates both encouraged to apply)
