Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Indiana)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience with school-aged children, preferably across K-12
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students across multiple grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, accommodating each student’s unique goals
  • Participate in professional development and school-based meetings as required
