Key Qualifications:

  • Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs), speech and language intervention strategies, and collaborative consultation models
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
  • Flexibility and a passion for empowering students of varying backgrounds and abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students identified with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with team members, teachers, and families
  • Document student progress and maintain detailed service records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Provide direct and consultative services across the K-12 spectrum in both individual and small group settings
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and administration to support students’ academic and social-emotional development
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
