Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Indiana)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience with school-aged children, preferably across K-12
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
- Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans for students across multiple grade levels
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and contribute to IEP meetings
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions, accommodating each student’s unique goals
- Participate in professional development and school-based meetings as required
