Key Qualifications:
- Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Strong understanding of individualized education programs (IEPs), speech and language intervention strategies, and collaborative consultation models
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain accurate records and contribute to a multidisciplinary team
- Flexibility and a passion for empowering students of varying backgrounds and abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for students identified with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with team members, teachers, and families
- Document student progress and maintain detailed service records in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide direct and consultative services across the K-12 spectrum in both individual and small group settings
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, special education staff, and administration to support students’ academic and social-emotional development
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development
