Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) in Washington
  • Experience working with preschool and elementary populations; familiarity with middle/high school students welcome
  • Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy to students, primarily at the preschool and elementary level, with some older students as assigned
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and parents to support student learning
  • Document progress and maintain accurate student records consistent with school district and regulatory standards
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal-setting
