Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in La Quinta, CA

Make a difference in the lives of young learners as a Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to provide essential support to preschool students while working alongside a passionate team of education professionals.

As part of the role, you will:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services to a preschool caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement therapy plans in line with individualized needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure effective communication strategies
• Document progress using SEIS (experience with SEIS preferred)
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal requirements

Preferred qualifications and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• ASHA Certification (CCC) required
• Valid California SLP license
• Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or eligibility
• Certificate of Clearance (COC)
• SEIS documentation experience is a plus
• Experience with preschool and school-based caseloads
