Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP license (Clinical Fellowship Year and Certificate of Clinical Competence holders welcome!)
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Bilingual skills highly desirable
  • Familiarity with conducting evaluations, delivering direct therapy, and participating in ARD meetings
  • Ability to provide effective supervision and mentorship to SLP Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Passion for collaborative teamwork and inclusive education

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech therapy services to students per their individualized education programs
  • Manage a diverse student caseload, tracking progress and maintaining thorough documentation
  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments and evaluations
  • Participate actively in ARD meetings and contribute to IEP planning and goal-setting
  • Supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants to uphold quality standards
  • Foster a positive and engaging learning environment for all students
