School Speech Language Pathologist - La Vernia, TX

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Holds Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY) status.
• Previous experience with school-aged children is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and therapeutic techniques tailored for a school environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) with measurable speech and language goals.

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory guidelines.
