Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or CCC-SLP certification preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to a dynamic caseload
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support student goals
  • Complete thorough evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
  • Participate in meetings and contribute to IEP development and review
  • Use evidence-based practices to advance student growth
  • Tailor therapy interventions to meet the unique needs of each student
