Preferred experience and qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure for SLP (or eligibility to obtain relevant licensure before start date)
• Prior experience working in K–12 educational settings is advantageous
• Confidence managing a diverse caseload
• Strong communication, organizational, and reporting abilities
• Willingness to collaborate closely with families, educators, and other school staff

Key responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Deliver direct therapy, adapt interventions as students progress, and monitor outcomes
• Maintain compliant records and contribute to IEP meetings as required
• Provide consultative support to teachers and families, helping to generalize communication strategies
• Engage in caseload assignment discussions to help align your strengths and interests with available openings
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in all student interactions
