Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs will be considered
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads ideal
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Capability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Create and execute individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEPs
- Collaborate with other professionals, educators, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for student progress and compliance
- Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and assistive technology when appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team
