Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFs will be considered
  • Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads ideal
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Capability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
  • Create and execute individualized treatment plans in compliance with IEPs
  • Collaborate with other professionals, educators, and families to ensure student success
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for student progress and compliance
  • Provide recommendations for classroom strategies and assistive technology when appropriate
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as part of a multidisciplinary team
