Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs are also encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting highly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping children reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication evaluations for students
  • Develop individualized education program (IEP) goals tailored to each student's needs
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to address speech-language disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, sessions, and progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Attend professional development and remain current with best practices in school speech-language pathology
