Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP state licensure and ASHA CCC’s held for at least one year
  • At least one year of experience working with IEPs in an educational setting
  • Strong background in pediatric speech therapy, including work with school-aged children and/or completion of a Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in schools
  • Proficiency in digital documentation, email communication, and a willingness to learn new software and troubleshoot basic technical issues
  • Ability to communicate effectively and partner with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to ensure the best outcomes for students
  • Highly organized; adept at managing caseloads with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiastic, self-directed, and passionate about making a positive difference in students' educational journeys

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to students onsite, as assigned within the school
  • Develop, review, and implement IEPs according to state and district policies
  • Conduct thorough assessments, maintain accurate and timely records, and create individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to support student progress
  • Utilize available assessment tools, protocols, and evaluation materials to ensure effective and evidence-based interventions
