Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lafayette, Indiana

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure or eligibility; Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads highly valued
• Teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy services individually and in small groups across a range of ages and abilities
• Complete timely and thorough documentation, including IEPs and progress reports
• Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop holistic support strategies
• Utilize teletherapy platforms as needed to ensure continuity of care
