Seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to support students across schools in Tippecanoe County for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time contract role ideal for professionals passionate about student communication growth and eager to make a positive impact. Multiple positions are available, offering unique opportunities to collaborate with educational teams and serve diverse student needs, including Essential (Life Skills) Skills programs.

Skills and Experience Desired:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply
  • Previous pediatric, school-based, or teletherapy experience highly valued
  • Ability to plan and deliver therapy for students with a variety of speech and language needs, including those in life skills programs
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

In this role, you’ll:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate actively in IEP meetings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s communication needs in the classroom
  • Adapt therapy techniques for both in-person and remote (teletherapy) settings as needed
  • Partner with other specialists and educators to foster an inclusive learning environment
