Speech-Language Pathologists are needed for full-time contract positions within school settings located in Lafayette, IN. These roles offer the opportunity to support students, primarily within the Tippecanoe County school district, with a focus that may include Essential (Life Skills) programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student assessments.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with school and state requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Experience working as an SLP in school settings, including Pediatrics and Essential Skills programs.
- Familiarity with teletherapy service delivery is a plus.
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Location: Lafayette, Indiana – services will primarily be provided within schools located in Tippecanoe County.
