Make a difference in the lives of students by providing essential speech-language services in an educational setting near Lafayette, IN. We’re looking for a dedicated SLP (Speech-Language Pathologist) with CCC certification or a licensed SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) to partner with a supportive school team on a contract basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to engage directly with students on-site and help them achieve communication success.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Indiana SLP-CCC or SLPA license required
  • Experience working in schools or with pediatric populations highly preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-person speech and language therapy services to students, supporting a variety of communication needs
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers and staff to implement effective interventions in the classroom
  • Engage with families, providing updates on student progress and strategies for continued support at home
  • Maintain clear and thorough records of therapy sessions and student outcomes, adhering to school and state compliance standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans as required
