Qualifications:
- Active professional state license for SLP
- ASHA CCC’s, held at least 1 year
- At least 1 year of school-based IEP experience
- Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and positive approach
- Proficiency in digital documentation and willingness to learn new software/programs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct onsite services to K-12 students per caseload
- Complete and update IEPs, documentation, and evaluation protocols
- Engage with families, educational staff, and other therapists to support students’ progress
- Problem-solve and adapt therapy approaches to individual needs
- Remain informed of best practices and current methodologies
