What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
  • Current state licensure as an SLP
  • Previous experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in a school setting
  • Comfortable working with a wide range of grade levels, specifically K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
  • Skilled at providing individualized care and adjusting strategies based on student needs
  • Strong collaboration skills to coordinate with teachers, counselors, and families
  • Dedicated to fostering student progress and building trusting relationships

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate and assess students to determine speech and language needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver 1:1 speech-language therapy sessions tailored to each student’s goals
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and complete required reports
  • Consult with classroom teachers to support student success within the school environment
  • Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and ongoing needs
