Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Lake City, MN

In this role, you will provide dedicated speech-language pathology services within a vibrant educational setting, focusing on grades 5 through 7 for the 2026-2027 school year.

Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience in pediatric, school-based, and/or healthcare SLP services
• Proficiency in assessing and treating a diverse range of communication and swallowing disorders
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong documentation and organizational skills

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting evaluations and developing individualized treatment plans for middle school students
• Delivering direct and consultative speech and language therapy services in a school setting
• Maintaining accurate records, progress notes, and required documentation
• Communicating with parents, teachers, and educational team members regarding student progress and therapy goals
• Attending IEP meetings and providing input for student success
• Adapting approaches to meet the varying needs of the grade 5-7 age group
