School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Lake City, South Carolina

An exciting opportunity is available for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist specializing in school-based services for the 2026/2027 school year. Provide impactful support to students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a vibrant educational community near Lake City, SC. This contract role allows you to draw on your expertise to foster language and communication development at all grade levels.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• Current South Carolina SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Demonstrated experience working in school settings
• Familiarity with best practices in speech and language intervention for K-12 students
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering direct and consultative speech/language services to students across K-12 caseload
• Assessing, diagnosing, and planning individualized intervention programs
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to educational planning
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
• Engaging in professional development to stay current with best practices
