Position Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs.
Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (if applicable).
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
Consult with school staff to support student communication goals in the classroom.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district special education guidelines.

Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
Current state Speech-Language Pathology license (or ability to obtain before start date).
Previous school-based experience preferred but not required.
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
