Key Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are welcome
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school settings is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a dedicated team

  • Conducting nuanced evaluations to identify speech and language disorders in students
  • Designing and implementing individualized treatment programs tailored to student needs
  • Providing direct therapy sessions focused on measurable speech and language goals
  • Keeping detailed records to accurately track each student’s progress
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary team members for well-coordinated care
  • Involving and informing families throughout the therapy process to maximize student outcomes
