What you’ll do:
- Conduct in-depth evaluations for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique goals
- Lead engaging therapy sessions designed to foster communication skills and confidence
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and outcomes
- Collaborate daily with educators, school personnel, and fellow clinicians to ensure integrated care
- Provide resources, guidance, and support to families throughout the therapy process
What you’ll need:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal strengths
- Ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member
Essential qualifications:
- Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
