Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lake Mary, FL

Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply (supervision provided)
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly desired
• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with diverse student populations and educational teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
• Deliver direct therapy services and consult with teachers, families, and other school staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to education plans
• Serve as a resource for speech-language development within the school community
