Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desirable; SLPs in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome to apply
• Experience or strong interest in school-based services
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Ability to work onsite and engage students directly in a school environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, tailored to Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
• Monitor student progress, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student success
• Stay current with best practices and state guidelines for school speech and language services
