Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and individualized treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Deliver both direct and consultative speech-language services, adapting interventions to meet diverse student needs
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and communications
  • Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes each student’s potential

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active license as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Michigan
  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Experience in a pediatric or school-based setting is advantageous, but not mandatory
