Key Qualifications:
- Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) encouraged to apply
- Experience within school-based or teletherapy settings valued
- Strong knowledge of conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing therapy plans
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and virtual SLP services to students in grades K-12
- Conduct evaluations and analyze results to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work alongside teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Document all services provided and track student milestones in compliance with district and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights
- Support students in achieving speech, language, and communication goals throughout the academic year
