Your primary focus will be delivering speech-language therapy to students, fostering growth, and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to help each child reach their potential. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Hold a valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
  • Previous experience in a school setting (K-12) preferred, but not required.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat disorders related to speech, language, communication, and swallowing for K-12 students.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and progress reports tailored to each student's needs.
  • Deliver direct and consultative intervention services in accordance with IEP goals.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and special education staff to ensure best practices and integrated support for students.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements.
  • Adapt therapy approaches and materials to meet the unique needs of students across grade levels.
