What we’re looking for:

  • Current and valid SLPA license
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based speech-language pathology
  • Familiarity with effective therapy techniques for diverse student populations
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with SLP supervisors and educational teams
  • Commitment to upholding ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students under the supervision of an onsite SLP-CCC
  • Implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and track student progress
  • Prepare therapy materials and document sessions accurately
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
  • Participate in supervision and professional development activities
  • Adapt interventions based on supervisor guidance and student needs
