Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lake Stevens, WA

Make an impact as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a dedicated school-based team serving students for the full academic year. This contract opportunity is an ideal fit for both Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking hands-on experience and seasoned clinicians with CCCs looking to expand their expertise in a collaborative educational environment. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting students’ communication and language development needs throughout the school year.

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA certification (CCCs) or active Clinical Fellowship
• Eligibility for Washington State SLP licensure
• Washington ESA certification (or willingness to apply)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong collaboration abilities to work effectively with students, teachers, and families

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and provide direct therapy to students
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and student records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Deliver services that align with best practices and regulatory standards
