Bilingual School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Lake Villa, Illinois

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
• Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP or eligibility to obtain
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desired; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are also encouraged to apply
• Experience working in K-12 school settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-12 students
• Create and maintain individualized therapy plans and IEP documentation
• Provide both direct and indirect services across multiple school sites
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and follow district protocols
