Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or CFY)

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow) to join a supportive school-based team in Jacksonville, North Carolina for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced SLPs or Clinical Fellows looking to gain valuable school-based experience while making a meaningful impact on students across a K-12 population.

Position Details

• Full-time, 39 hours per week
• School-based setting serving K-12 students
• Assignment runs through the end of the 2026-2027 school year
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• $45-$65 per hour, based on licensure and experience

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success
• Ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license or eligibility for licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) welcome to apply
• Current ASHA certification preferred for CCC candidates
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
