Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience or strong interest in a school-based setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary education teams

Role Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Deliver both individual and small group therapy sessions to support student progress
• Track and document student outcomes, maintaining accurate and timely records
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop effective interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute your expertise to the planning process
• Engage in advocacy and support for students at all stages of their academic journey
