Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
• Prior experience working with children in elementary school settings (grades K-5 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of speech and language evaluation, IEP process, and evidence-based intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments for students referred for speech-language concerns
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with classroom teachers and parents
• Provide direct therapy services for students with diverse speech and language needs, both individually and in small groups
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations for educational planning
