Make a lasting impact in the lives of young learners in a supportive elementary school environment! A full-time opportunity is available for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to make a difference through a rewarding contract role working 32.5 hours per week with elementary-aged students.

Your ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of communication disorders will help empower students to overcome challenges and reach their full potential. As a valued professional in this role, you’ll collaborate with educators and families, fostering strong communication skills essential for classroom and social success.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
  • Valid state licensure and eligibility to work in a school setting
  • Prior experience in a school environment preferred, especially with elementary-age children
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Collaborative mindset to work effectively with school staff and multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for helping students develop speech, language, and social skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments of students’ communication abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services in both individual and group settings
  • Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
  • Work in partnership with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ IEP goals
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based activities
