Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lakeville, MN

Make an impact supporting students as a remote Speech Language Pathologist serving PreK-12 learners across Minnesota. This fully virtual, school-based contract role lets you deliver vital assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-driven intervention for students with speech and language challenges—all from your home office. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active or pending Minnesota SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) required
• Minimum of 2 years of school-based SLP experience
• Comfortable working virtually with reliable computer, webcam, and sufficient internet speed (must pass technical screening)
• Liability insurance with minimum annual coverage of 500K/500K
• Open to candidates with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials, as well as experience in pediatric and healthcare settings
• SLPA (Speech Language Pathology Assistants) with relevant school or healthcare experience are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students’ speech/language disorders for PreK-12th grade caseloads
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, tracking progress toward communication goals
• Consult regularly with educators and parents to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain required documentation and comply with all school and professional regulations
• Leverage teletherapy platforms for engaging, effective remote service delivery
