Qualifications include:

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current Minnesota state license to practice as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience or comfort working in a school environment
• Passion for helping students of all grade levels, from Kindergarten through 12th grade

As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across K-12
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
• Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and communicate updates with teachers and caregivers
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to support student success
• Offer education and resources to staff and families on communication disorders and strategies
