Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving elementary students for the 26/27 school year. A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to deliver vital support and intervention, beginning August 24, 2026 and continuing through June 11, 2027. This role is based in a welcoming educational environment near Lakeville, MN, offering 32 hours per week for consistent engagement with students and staff.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Holds (or is eligible for) Minnesota state licensure
- Accepting both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- School-based experience or demonstrated interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of elementary students providing direct and indirect speech-language services
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Create and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and administrators to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as needed
- Engage in ongoing professional learning and district trainings
