School Speech Therapist | Lakeville, Minnesota

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity serving elementary students for the 26/27 school year. A dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to deliver vital support and intervention, beginning August 24, 2026 and continuing through June 11, 2027. This role is based in a welcoming educational environment near Lakeville, MN, offering 32 hours per week for consistent engagement with students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Holds (or is eligible for) Minnesota state licensure
• Accepting both Clinical Fellows (CFY) and experienced SLPs with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• School-based experience or demonstrated interest in working with elementary-aged students
• Enthusiastic about collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of elementary students providing direct and indirect speech-language services
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Create and implement IEPs in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teaching staff, parents, and administrators to support student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in meetings as needed
• Engage in ongoing professional learning and district trainings
