Qualifications:

  • Valid Minnesota SLP or SLPA license required
  • Minnesota Teaching Certificate required
  • Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school environments
  • Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, addressing a range of communication disorders
  • Assess, develop, and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) in coordination with student support teams
  • Document treatment progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes to parents, teachers, and district staff
  • Provide collaboration and consultation to classroom teachers related to student goals and accommodations
  • Foster an encouraging, inclusive school climate that promotes student growth and independence
