Qualifications:
- Valid Minnesota SLP or SLPA license required
- Minnesota Teaching Certificate required
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school environments
- Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families
- Flexibility to adapt to changing student needs and caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to students, addressing a range of communication disorders
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized educational plans (IEPs) in coordination with student support teams
- Document treatment progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate outcomes to parents, teachers, and district staff
- Provide collaboration and consultation to classroom teachers related to student goals and accommodations
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive school climate that promotes student growth and independence
