This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in a school-based role that allows a balanced work schedule and focused student interaction. You’ll be providing direct speech and language services for a small caseload—8 to 10 students—split across two half-day sessions each week.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license or eligibility in Minnesota
  • Recent experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
  • Comfortable developing and implementing IEPs for diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide targeted therapy services for students with communication needs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams to support student goals
  • Consult with families and staff regarding strategies and progress
