Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required

  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, observations, and evaluations of students referred for speech and language services
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Provide direct therapy and intervention services for students with a variety of communication disorders
  • Document progress, maintain detailed records, and communicate results with teachers and parents
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and school-wide initiatives
  • Offer guidance and resources to teachers and parents to support classroom integration and generalization of skills
