Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Lakewood, OH

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLP license and State certification
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Strong skills managing diverse caseloads and collaborating with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Comfortable adapting therapeutic strategies to meet various student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech and language therapy services to elementary students
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, document progress, and maintain accurate student records
• Communicate effectively with families and educational teams to support each child’s communication development
• Provide consultation and resources to staff and caregivers
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support plans as needed
