Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities
- Availability for full on-site presence—remote, virtual (voco), or SLP-Assistant candidates cannot be considered
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct screening, evaluation, and plan-of-care development for students with communication disorders
- Deliver direct individual and group therapy sessions on campus
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers and other educational specialists
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results to families and staff
- Support a caseload of students by providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions
- Serve as a resource regarding communication disorders to classroom staff and administration
