What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid licensure and certification for SLP practice in Washington
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong understanding of communication disorders and interventions in educational settings
  • Comfortable collaborating with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a dynamic caseload in a school environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy and interventions to students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct assessments and write individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective strategies and collaborate on student support
  • Maintain detailed, compliant, and confidential documentation of student progress
  • Participate in meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development as needed
  • Advocate for students’ needs and help empower them to reach their communication goals
