Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working within K-12 school settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication abilities
  • Availability for full on-site presence—remote, virtual (voco), or SLP-Assistant candidates cannot be considered

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screening, evaluation, and plan-of-care development for students with communication disorders
  • Deliver direct individual and group therapy sessions on campus
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating closely with teachers and other educational specialists
  • Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate results to families and staff
  • Support a caseload of students by providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions
  • Serve as a resource regarding communication disorders to classroom staff and administration
