Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans
• Conduct screenings and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Offer guidance and professional development to educators and parents regarding communication disorders

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current certification from ASHA (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship (CFY applicants are welcome)
• Active state licensure or ability to obtain appropriate state credentials as required
• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
