Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid WA state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Prior school-based experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time (37.5 hours/week) through June 2027
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings
